Webster and Horsfall is a group of companies engaged in the manufacture and distribution of wire products in addition to a new venture, creating an energy park. Communications is critical to their business. However, their existing communications solution was not meeting their expectations with daily failures causing them downtime, missed communications and frustration.

Initially the customers focus was just on a voice replacement. However when time was spent, with help from Midland Telecom, to see the benefits of the Circuit application for both voice and team based communications, the benefits of both were clear.
The customer is now using the Circuit application to manage all their external and internal communications, combining the benefits of hunt group working with Circuit conversational communications plus conferencing capability to their supplier base.
The customer has already seen a massive improvement due to the reliability of the OpenScape Cloud solution but also the solution is simple to adopt and use.
