Installation & Support Services

Midland Telecom's support arm is Midland Telecom Services Limited, who implement all of the installation, maintenance and support of our business telephone systems and unified communications. Midland telecom Services is an associated company of Midland Telecom under the same ownership. 

Many of our engineering staff have worked with us since the companies were started, and hence have priceless experience and knowledge in implementing both large and small business telephone systems, VOIP solutions(etc.) and problem solving.

We have a broad network of engineers covering the length and breadth of the UK, enabling our SLA emergency response time of 4 hours throughout the UK, which ensures optimum up time for our customers. Our Clients benefit from remote diagnostics and maintenance that all our Siemens, Cisco and NEC phone systems include. Because of this, Midland Telecom can often diagnose faults remotely which ensures a much quicker fix time. 75% of telephone systems faults can now be fixed without a visit to the customer, with the added benefit that our in-house engineers are able to administer moves and changes to the VOIP and Digital phone systems or changes to programming upon a written request from our customers.

All NEC, Siemens and Cisco systems are installed and planned in-house by our own national engineeting support team, ably backed by a team of Support Internal experts who manage all installations and jobs via a modern CRM Service solution designed to ensure efficient client response.

Our Support contracts offer very fair and clear terms and conditions at very competitive rates to the market place.  Our contracts include the full onsite and remote support to all equipment deployed to the client by oourselves. Installations are project managed and rolled out on time and on budget, with us being the leading contractor and management team.  We have succesfully installed more than 3000 phone systems in the last 25 years, winning many Industry sought after awards including The Siemens Enterprise Solution of the Year award 2006 for a 25 site 1000+ extenions Siemens VOIP solution which was required to be completed in a 2 week period over Christmas and New year 2006/7.  This deployment was completed on time and on budget to the clients delight.

Our Project Management Team meticulously plan and manage all new orders, liaising with any relevant contractors to ensure a smooth and trouble free deployment. We have 25 years experience in liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers, we manage all ordering of products and services like Lines, broadbands on our customers behalf. The Project Management Team will also access and organise training on all new Siemens, cisco and NEC or other telephone systems, contracting industry trained professional trainers to be on site at the customers request whenever necessary, as training is a key part to any VOIP (etc.) installation.
