OpenScape Office wins Telephony System of the Year at the Comms National Awards.
Adding to its long list of achievements, OpenScape Office was recently awarded the prestigious “Telephony System of the Year” at the Comms National Awards, held in London. Now in their 12th year, the Comms National Awards were the first to recognise excellence in the UK convergence channel, and remain the most coveted industry awards.
Independently and expertly judged, the Comms National Awards are prized by winners and finalists as industry recognition that their products and solutions are among the very best the channel has to offer. Beating all competition, including Avaya who were overall sponsors, this award is a further demonstration that OpenScape Office is recognised as the leading channel product.
Tony Smith, director of the UK indirect channel picked up the award on the night and said “With our channel being so competitive, awards like Comms National Telephony System of the year can really make a difference. We know how great our proposition is, our partners know it and it is really encouraging to receive independent recognition- and will now capitalise on this success.”
Nigel Sergent, Comms Dealer Editorial Director, said: “We received another record entry this year and having seen the breadth and quality of every entry and the energy and enthusiasm put into the submissions, I can honestly say they are all winners. The evening was all about recognising ‘best of breed’ solutions and the people that make them possible. That is why the Comms National Awards are so significant, so enthusiastically endorsed and so highly prized.”
