MyCalls Desktop suite, an excellent add-on to MyCalls Basic, is a user friendly application designed to work with the NEC SL1100, SV8100 and SV9100 telephone system.
MyCalls Desktop can integrate with many modern SQL and TAPI databases such as Goldmine, Act, Sage and Outlook to allow those databases to “screen pop” on an inbound call.
This is aimed at customer service and efficiency so that the inbound caller can be greeted correctly as the user knows who has called and the appropriate database screen has been popped in front of them.
