Training

At Midland Telecom we believe in thorough User Training of all new solutions we deploy.  To get the most out of all the new products and software its crucial to know and understand the benefits and features.  All our solutions are sold and packaged with atleast 1 day of on site User training which covers Handsets, Voicemail set up, Call handling etc etc.  All solutions and clients are different, all clients have a different set of requirements from our trainers, which is why we put the client in touch with the trainer well-before the installation so that they can organise their Bespoke training programme.  Some clients prefer to be trained beofre the installation, some on the day of cut over, some a week after, or even a staggered and repeated visit.  We can manage and design a training package to all needs.

In addition to End USer training we offer clients the ability to have an engineers software programme so they can manage their own system to a certain level without the need to request support from us.  Many clients prefer this method, as their IT team like to manage their solutions, and they can react very quickly to menial tasks like changing names, extension numbers, or time changes.  We can offer clients who want this service some trainig by our engineers on this programming tool. 

This Engineer training would be limited to changes that are not a threat to the system, as our engineers have to go through weeks of accredited training courses to be able to install and programme the systems, and there is no way we can pass over that knowledge in a few hours engineer training.  For the clients systems safety more than anything, we limit this to standard feature sets.
