- Our team of 27 national engineers backed by our internal 5 man team of internal service support desk manage all installations and support calls. Many of our Engineers have been with us for more than 20 years, and have gained priceless legacy knowledge of older systems such as Plessey, GPT, Meridian, Panasonic, and Toshiba systems, whilst also being fully accredited in the latest Unified Communication IP Solutions we now deploy from Siemens, NEC, Cisco, Aastra and more.
- VOIP and IP Phone systems require a QOS enabled POE LAN, which runs on a Cat5e/cat6 backbone. We are fully accredited to deploy new LAN Networks including full Cat5e/Cat6e wiring, Fibre connections, Wireless LAN's and 10/100 and Gigabit Network Switch's from our favoured Networking partner Cisco.
- In addition we have a Project Management Team who meticulously plan and manage all new orders, liaising with any relevant contractors to ensure a smooth and trouble free installation. We have many years of experience in working closely with our chosen partners who include Siemens, NEC and Cisco and also liaising and working with other contractors who may be workingon the same deployment We are a one stop shop of Lines, Calls, Phone Systems, Support and Mobile Phone Contracts and we manage all ordering of products and services on our customers behalf. The Project Management Team will also access and organise training on all new Siemens, NEC, Cisco and other telephone systems, contracting industry trained professional trainers to be on site at the customers request whenever necessary, as training is a key part to any VOIP (etc.) installation.
