Midland Telecom Partner with NEC |
| Midland Telecom have recently partnered with the NEC barnd of voice solutions. After much due diligence on the market place and the possible solutions out there, we chose NEC as the most innovative, feature rich and competitvly priced solution on the market. The entry level NEC XN120 expands to 76 extensions and is ISDN2 only, and can have full voice recording built in, with the new NEC SV8100 Unified Communications server expanding to 512 extensions, with a massive set of features, many as standard like Hot Desking and position in cue on the auto attendant. We feel in a very powerful position now, and are excited at the prospect of deploying this feature rich, reliable server to our client base. |

| We have deployed the NEC Sv8100 SIP solution to Singapore, Copenhagan, Eindhoven, Belgium, Stokenchurch and York, all sites are linked via the NEC Netlink highly resilient VOIP networking protocol. With over 450 extensions over all sites working as one global solution, offering hot desking, unified messaging and Mobility amongst other features, Red Prairie have benefitted greatly from the added functionality. |

After a very successfull 4 years of deploying the Ascom/Aastra Intelligate digital telephone systems from 2002 through 2006, Midland have retained their Gold Partner Status with Aastra and are fully trained to offer their ascom clients the latest 7.9 software level upgrades. This means ascom existing clients can upgrade instead of replace their phone systems with midland Telecom, and benefit form the very latest unified Communcations features on the market. | Midland Telecom have noticed that their leasing business has increased over the past few months, with most clients preffering our options of cost and tax effective lease arrangements. This makes the purchase of the new VOIP solutions we sell a far easier pill to swallow. Aastra Success |
| Midland Telecom enjoyed considerable success in early part of this decade selling the innovative Ascom intelligate. true to their promise at the time, the Intelligate is still a current model, now with even better software and features. We are able to offer our client Ascom database the very Latest Aastra upgrades bringing their legacy digital phone systems in to the very latest Unified communications platforms, benefitting from Unified Messaging, Unified Comms, Mobility, Presence and improved voicemail and auto attendant solutions.
Many of existing Ascom base have opted for these upgrades at a fraction of the pricer of replacing their whole system, also enabling them to utilise the new Aastra Digital and SIP handsets where they need there handsets replacing.

Midland Telecom headline with NEC and Siemens Voice and data solutions. We have been Siemens partners for more than 8 years, winning some of their highest awards including new Siemens Dealer of the Year and Siemens Enterprise Solution of the Year Award 2006. Midland Telecom ltd and our associated companies Midland Telecom Services Ltd and Midland TML Ltd have been formed for more than 24 years. Deploying complex voice and data solutions across the UK for all types and sizes of companies. Based in Birmingham with an Installations and Support team covering the whole of the UK we have deployed more than 5000 phone systems since 1986.
We now have in excess of 3000 clients and 4000 maintained phone systems in the UK. Our largest site is a 2500 extension Siemens VOIP Solution covering 22 sites.

Big Win for Midland Telecom |
Midland Telecom are very pleased to announce the success of being awarded the contrat to supply and manage a new NEC SV8100 IP Unified Communications platform along with taking over the lines, calls and support contracts for the University Colleg Birmingham.
Midland Won this order on the 15th of October after 2 years of tendering. We were successfull against the competition of Avaya, Shoretel and Mitel x 3 partners.
This is another great win for Ian Bullingham and substantiates the hard work put in by Ian and all his colleagues. Midland are highly prominent in the education arena with the Birmingham Metropolitan Colle network also a long standing client.
This is a 450 extension NEC IP solution accross multiple sites on a Cisco Backbone. We are committed to depploying this for them in i week, with NO downtime. |

midland upgrade with Avaya Ip 500 |
Midland Telecom have now taken on the Avaya Ip 500 range of IP/Digital phone systems. the Avaya portfolio is one of the top solutions on the market.
Since Nortel went bankrupt, and Avaya bought the telephony side, we have been waiting for the upgrade path to be offered by Avaya for the Nortel BCM range. Avaya have now confirmed that you can use most Nortel digital and IP handets on their Avaya IP 500 server. this means that we can now offer an upgared path for our Nortel BCM clients, who are in a stagnant position as the BCM is now end of life.
Many Midland Telecom clients have taken our advice and opted to change their Nortel BCM system to the Avaya Ip500, and are enjoying guaranteed support, development and more features. |
