The Siemens Hipath 3000 offers traditional telephony and new-world communications rolled into one flexible, cost-effective solution

Traditional telephony has many productivity-enhancing features; the addition of IP communications can meet the needs of home workers or small branch office staff, a previously difficult integration. The two technologies can exist side by side, enabling you to choose the voice service you want and allowing you to gradually use IP technology.

The latest version of HiPath 3000 can integrate mobile workers. The service gives you one number of calls to the office or mobiles to give you the choice of where you want to take calls. Whatever the location, your customer only has to ring your office number, the HiPath 3000 connects them to the number you are at. On the outgoing call the HiPath 3000 manages the set up and uses the most cost effective route, even when dialling from your mobile phone.

The flexible high-performing communication solution

HiPath 3000 allows for future growth it is scalable and flexible. The use of modules in this telephone system allows you to add functions and applications as you need them rather than getting a telephone system for the future but not suitable for the present. The Hipath 3000 is designed to grow with your business and future technology. You can already benefit from the cost savings and flexibility offered by the new Internet Telephony Service Providers (ITSP) using the incorporated The SIP standard for interconnection to new network.

Whether you want a plain elevator phone, Cordless DECT, WiFi phones for mobile workers or multi-feature agent phones, we have the right devices for you designed with the user in mind:

Software also offers its benefits with optiClient 130, the telephone comes as software on your PC and offers other benefits like online directory integration, dial direct from directory, and most importantly, the mobility that goes with a laptop PC

HiPath 3000 offers the best of both worlds with a combination of feature-rich traditional telephony and converged Voice and Data solutions. You can use Voice-over-IP capabilities to network sites and connect remote users to your head office or opt for the new SIP services being offered by carriers to further drive down communication costs. The latest version of HiPath 3000 offers some even greater enhancements to communcication such as Cordless DECT and Voice over Wireless LAN (VoWLAN) for on-site communications.

It can now be used by GSM mobile users, working away from the office, providing them with one contact number for all communications. This means that customers can reach them wherever they are eliminating the need to leave long voicemails. HiPath 3000 also drives down mobile costs as calls are originated from the host HiPath system.
