Midland Telecom are currently celebrating 25 years in deploying business telephone systems for the UK business sector.

We provide a turn key end to end solution to all sizes and vertical markets in the UK and have actually been successful in deploying VOIP networks across the globe for our Multi national clients .

From our Central UK base in Birmingham we are able to offer fast and reliable support to the UK for over more than 10 telephone system brands, along with providing our clients highly competitive rates on Business telephone lines, calls, broadbands, fibre to the cabinet and Business Mobile Phones.

Midland Telecom was formed in 1986 alongside our Services company Midland telecom services, with our Lines and calls and Business Mobile company Midland TML’s formation in 1998 All this means that we have vast experience and track record in deploying complex world class total communication solutions to clients from all over the world.

We were one of the very first independent Telecoms companies following the de-regulisation, starting off selling and installing analogue telephone systems for GPT Plessey and Philips we built a strong reputation to be able to provide reliable and complex (in the day) telephone systems, on time and within budget. The industry has changed beyond comprehension in the last 25 years and Midland Telecom have evolved with it.

We are Multi Major Telecoms industry Award Winners, including BT dealer of the Year, Siemens Dealer of the Year, Siemens Enterprise Solution of the Year Award, NEC Partner of the Year, Nortel Dealer of the Year, Aastra sales team of the Year to name but a few, all won in the last decade.

Midland Telecom Services are the Installations and Support arm, with many of our engineers having more than 15 years experience in both Midland Telecom and our products, we have the skills and dedication to deploy top class end to end solutions. Our inhouse staff manage a leading edge CRM Services Package which allows our clients to book and monitor there faults on the web. Faults are diagnosed remotely from our office, and we can respond accordingly.

Midland TML are our Lines and Calls Company, work with some of the top tier Lines, calls and data services companies in the world. Midland TML ensures that we are able to offer the most competitive Lines and calls rates on the market today, billed efficiently on easy to manage Bills directly from our office. Midland TML are also our Business Mobile Phone arm of the Business, meaning that we are able to offer true world class, end to end total solutions for our clients of all sizes.

Our largest single client is a college in Birmingham with over 2500 extensions across 25 sites, they have been a happy client for more than 6 years.
